my Handmade greeting cards

Cards are handmade with my hand painted papers, scrap fibers, and found objects.

I start with paper that I recycle:  junk mail, packaging from butter and salads containers, signage from events, old sheet music, dictionary and book pages, old post cards from my past art shows.  I shop thrift stores for stacks of outdated holiday cards, faded index cards and books.  I collect feathers, leaves, scraps of trim and fiber, stamps to embellish the cards.

My cards are one of a kind ~ no two are alike.  Each is a miniature work of art to share or collect and frame.

Each card is signed, includes a short bio on the back, and is wrapped to keep them pristine.
